This Privacy & Data Protection Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect your personal information, and describes the rights you have regarding that information.

By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

  • Sale / Sharing: As defined under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the transfer of personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, or the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Payment & Financial Information: If you make a purchase through our Services, we or our third-party payment processors collect payment-related information such as credit or debit card numbers, billing address, and transaction history. Payment card data is classified as Sensitive Personal Information and is processed only by PCI-DSS compliant processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

User-Generated Content: You may be able to post comments, reviews, or other content through our Services. Unless otherwise noted at the time of submission, such content may be visible to other users.
