We believe organizations should govern digital labor before it reshapes the workforce, preserve human judgment where it creates the most value, and introduce AI at a pace people, customers, systems, and communities can absorb.

We pledge to use AI to make work better, not merely to make labor smaller. That means establishing governance before scale, protecting human challenge rights, measuring trust and transition health, and reinvesting part of AI-created capacity into human learning, redeployment, and future career pathways.
