A pledge to keep work human.

Agentic AI will change how work gets done. The question is whether leaders will manage that transition responsibly.

We believe organizations should redesign work before reducing workforce capacity, govern digital labor before it scales, preserve human judgment, and introduce AI at a pace people, customers, operations, and communities can responsibly absorb.

We pledge to use AI to make work better, not merely to make labor smaller. That means establishing governance before autonomy scales, keeping human accountability clear, protecting stop-work rights, measuring trust and transition health, and reinvesting part of AI-created capacity into human learning, redeployment, and future career pathways.
